Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026
1. Overview
Atmet ("we," "our," or "us") offers subscription-based software services on a monthly basis. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
By subscribing to Atmet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Nature of Digital Services
Our services are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon subscription activation. Because of the immediate and full access provided upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
This policy is consistent with standard practices for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
3. Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. During a free trial:
•You will not be charged
•You have full access to the subscribed plan features
•No refund request is necessary if you cancel before the trial period ends
If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
We will consider refund requests in the following cases:
Technical Failure: A material, demonstrable failure of our platform that prevented you from accessing or using core features, reported within 7 calendar days of the billing date and after our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing system error.
Refunds outside these cases are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
•You changed your mind after subscribing
•You did not use the service during the billing period
•Your WhatsApp Business number was suspended or restricted by Meta due to your own policy violations
•You failed to cancel before the renewal date
•Partial months — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
•Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to all features until that date, after which your account will be downgraded.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Payment Processor & Billing Disputes
All payments are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record payment processor. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@atmet.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
Uninitiated chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing disputes promptly and fairly.
8. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
•Email **support@atmet.app** with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]"
•Include your account email, the billing date in question, and a clear description of the issue
•Attach any supporting screenshots or evidence where applicable
We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
